The results of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSC) 2021 have been released some time ago. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina officially announced the results on Wednesday morning. This time the pass rate of HSC and equivalent examination is 93.56 percent. Last time it was 98.69 percent. Students will now be able to collect their results from the Bangladesh Board of Education website.
According to the Bangladesh Board of Education, the average pass rate in HSC examination is 93.56 percent. This time the total number of examinees was 20 lakh 83 thousand 648 people. Of these, 19 lakh 90 thousand 85 people have passed. Last year, 100% of the students passed the exam for auto pass. Under the other nine general education boards, the average pass rate in HSC exams this time is 8.70.
Once the results are officially released, students will be able to know the results through the Board of Education’s website and SMS. Students will be able to know their results by selecting the exam name, year, roll number, registration number and board of education on the website and clicking on submit button.
In addition to the Bangladesh Board of Education website, students will be able to collect their results from the web best website. From this website students will be able to know the result of HSC examination with marksheet. Through this website students as well as teachers will be able to know their college, center and district based results.
Candidates will now be able to know their numbers along with the marksheets of secondary and higher secondary examinations. Previously students could only know grade points about them. But now students will be able to see the GPA points as well as the numbers of all their subjects. Candidates need to visit the web-based website to download the marksheet with the number.
In addition to these two websites, all the candidates will be able to view the results on the official website of their respective boards of education. There are 9 education boards in Bangladesh including Madrasa Board. After handing over the results to the Prime Minister, the results were published on the websites of all the boards of education.
You can also know the result through text message on mobile phone. If you want to see the result via SMS on mobile phone, you have to send a message to 16222. The student has to go to the SMS option of the mobile, write HSC with space, write the first three letters of the board with space, write the roll roll number with space, write the year of examination with space and send a message to 16222. Example: Write HSC DHA 167388 2021 and send message to 16222. The result will be known in the return SMS.
For Madrasa Board of Education, the name of the examination should be written in ALIM space, the name of the board should be MAD space, roll number space, next year and message should be sent to 16222. Example: Write ALIM MAD 127798 2021 and send to 16222.
Due to corona virus infection, HSC and equivalent examinations started from 2nd December, about 6 months after the scheduled time. The test ends on December 30. The number of candidates this year was more than last year. This time the test was held in a different situation because of Corona.
This year students are tested on only three group based subjects through short syllabus. HSC 2021 examination was taken by reducing the number and time of those subjects. Obligatory and fourth subjects were not examined. Number 6 has been given on the basis of JSC and SSC examination numbers. The results of SSC 2021 have been published in the system.
